Tracing an individual / bad payer    (back to main page)

You have 2 choices

  1. XDS tracing (Trace by ID / Passport, landline, cell number, name + surname + age)

  2. TransUnion contact information (Trace by ID / passport)

 

 

 

 

 

XDS tracing   back to top

1.1 Click on the XDS products tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.2 Trace by ID (Consumer Trace)
(Click on the consumer trace link)

1.3 Enter ID number (you can leave the name + surname + date of birth)
(If you have the name + Surname and no ID, but date of birth, you can add that information)

1.4 or Passport number.

1.5 Click the submit enquiry button.

1.6 The name and ID of person will display before the report is downloaded.
     (If you are satisfied that it is the correct person, click download report)

1.7 The report will display. Please take note of the following utilities.

 

 

 

 

2. Trace by telephone number / cell number

2.1 Click on telephone trace.

2.2 Select either landline number or cell number. Enter number.

2.3 Click the submit enquiry button.

2.4 One or multiple contacts may display. Make your selection and click
download report button.

2.5 For printing and saving options please refer to point 1.7 above.

 

3. Easy trace (trace by name + surname + age)
(you will use this option if you do not have an ID or telephone number)

 

3.1 Click on consumer easy trace

3.2 If you think you have the correct name, surname, age and date of birth
you can choose an exact search. You may add a deviation of up to 5 years.

3.3 If there is no results, you can choose the option "deviation" and use
initials instead of name and surname which will bring back more results.

   3.4 One or multiple contacts may display. Make your selection and click
download report button.

3.5 For printing and saving options please refer to point 1.7 above.

1. Click on the TransUnion products tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.1 Click on the contact information link.

1.2 Enter ID, surname and name. You must enter your prescribed purpose for doing the enquiry.

1.3 Click the submit enquiry button.

1.4 The report will display. You will notice two blue stiffy like disk icons. The blue stiffy icon on the right opens the report
in a new window. You may select from four options in what format you would like to save your report.
These options include HTML, PDF, Image or Word. If you made your choice e.g. HTML, click the
blue stiffy disk icon on the left and save the report to your computer.

 

 

1.5 You can also print the report by clicking on the printer icon.
