Doing a street search to get the ERF number  (back to main page)

1. Street to ERF conversion search

The search includes the following:
a) Physical address
b) X/Y coordinates
c) Owner names

1.1 Click on the deeds searches product tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.2 Click on the street to ERF search link.
 

1.3 Enter the suburb.

1.4 Enter the street type e.g. street, avenue etc.

1.5 Enter the 1) street name and the 2) street number.

1.6 Click the submit enquiry button.

1.7 The report will display. Please take note of the following utilities.

• You will notice two blue stiffy like disk icons. The blue stiffy icon on the right opens the report
  in a new window. You may select from four options in what format you would like to save your report.
  These options include HTML, PDF, Image or Word. If you made your choice e.g. HTML, click the
  blue stiffy disk icon on the left and save the report to your computer.

1.8 You can also print the report by clicking on the printer icon.
