1. ERF to street conversion search

The search includes the following:
a) Physical address
b) X/Y coordinates
c) Owner names

1.1 Click on the deeds searches product tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.2 Click on the ERF to street link.
 

1.3 Enter the deeds office of the region of the property e.g. Pretoria.

1.4 Enter the 1) township (suburb) name. If you are not sure you can click
on the 2) "lookup" button to find the suburb.

If you made use of the "lookup" button, you can click on the grey highlighted
area to select the township.

1.5 Enter the ERF number. The property might have a portion number e.g. farm.

1.6 Click the submit enquiry button.

1.7 The report will display. Please take note of the following utilities.

• You will notice two blue stiffy like disk icons. The blue stiffy icon on the right opens the report
  in a new window. You may select from four options in what format you would like to save your report.
  These options include HTML, PDF, Image or Word. If you made your choice e.g. HTML, click the
  blue stiffy disk icon on the left and save the report to your computer.

1.8 You can also print the report by clicking on the printer icon.
