Checking a director / member to determine business ownership   (back to main page)

You have 2 choices

  1. XDS director credit enquiry report
    (Linked to XDS credit bureau)

The XDS director credit enquiry report contains the following:
a) Contact details such as addresses and telephone numbers (if any)
b) Company ownership (Directorship links)
c) Property ownership
d) Public domain records (judgments, adverse etc)

 

  1. Cipro director report
    (Linked to the Department of Trade and Industry)

The Cipro director report contains the following:
a) Directorship Links
b) Amendments (Summary Information)
 

 

 

 

 

 

XDS director credit enquiry report   back to top

1.1 Click on the XDS products tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.2 Click on the director credit enquiry link.
 

1.3 Enter the ID number (You can leave name + surname + birthdate)

 

1.4 Click the submit enquiry button.

1.5  The name and ID of person will display before the report is downloaded.
     (If you are satisfied that it is the correct person, click download report)

 

1.6 The report will display. Please take note of the following utilities.

 

 

1.7 You can also print the report by clicking on the printer icon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cipro director report   back to top

1. Click on the Cipro searches tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.1 Click on the director link.

 

1.2 Enter name + surname + ID number.

 

1.3 Click the submit enquiry button.

1.4 The report will display. You will notice two blue stiffy like disk icons. The blue stiffy icon on the right opens the report
in a new window. You may select from four options in what format you would like to save your report.
These options include HTML, PDF, Image or Word. If you made your choice e.g. HTML, click the
blue stiffy disk icon on the left and save the report to your computer.

 

 

1.5 You can also print the report by clicking on the printer icon.
