I want a copy of an actual court record  (back to main page)

1. Court record

Please take note of the following:
a) When requesting a court record please make sure you have the
case number e.g. 124688/2009 and the court name e.g. Johannesburg magistrate court.

b) The following court documents can be downloaded.
· Administration Order
· Default Judgments
· Maintenance Judgments
· Motion Court Roll
· Notarial bonds
· Liquidation Orders
· Sequestration Orders
· Debt Review Orders
· Surrender of Estate
· Curatorship
· Judicial Management Orders

1.1 Click on the Other Services tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.2 Click on the Request Court Documents link.
 

1.3 Enter the following information:

• 1) A reference number should you have one.
• 2) Your name should be visible already.
• 3) Your surname should be visible already.
• 4) Please insert your email, you will receive a notification
  when the report arrives at this email address. It takes +- 15 min.
• 5) Please choose the court where the court record was issued.
• 6) The case number can be entered here.

1.4 Click the "submit enquiry" button.

1.5 You will see a "successfully sent" notification.

1.6 An email will be sent to the specified email address entered above
informing that you can now download the report.

(PS. Should you have entered the wrong email address by mistake, you can still download
the report by doing the following)

1.7 Click on the Other Services tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.8 Click on the Received Court Documents link.

1.9 You will be able to see all the requested court documents requested by you.

1. You have either a pending status (report still not delivered) or a delivered
   status. (report can be downloaded)
2. If status is "delivered" you can click on the blue stiffy icon under the link header
   to download the report.
