You have 2 choices

1. XDS business enquiry report
   (Linked to XDS credit bureau)

The XDS consumer report contains the following:
a) Contact details such as addresses and telephone numbers (if any)
b) Directors / members of the company
c) Accountant information

 

1. Cipro company report
   (Linked to the Department of Trade and Industry)

The Cipro company report contains the following:
a) Contact details such as addresses and telephone numbers
b) Directors / members of the company
c) Accountant information
d) Amendments to company / CC

 

XDS business enquiry report   back to top

1.1 Click on the XDS products tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.2 Click on the business enquiry link.
 

1.3 Enter either the registration number or company name.

1.4 Click the submit enquiry button.

1.5  The system may display multiple companies. Make your selection.

1.6 Click on the download report button.

1.7 The report will display. Please take note of the following utilities.

• Clicking on "back to search results" will take you back to the screen where multiple
  companies was displayed.

• You will notice two blue stiffy like disk icons. The blue stiffy icon on the right opens the report
  in a new window. You may select from four options in what format you would like to save your report.
  These options include HTML, PDF, Image or Word. If you made your choice e.g. HTML, click the
  blue stiffy disk icon on the left and save the report to your computer.

1.8 You can also print the report by clicking on the printer icon.

1. Click on the Cipro searches tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.1 Click on the company link.

1.2 Enter either company name or registration number. If you do not have the registration number
and only a name you can also select the option "starts with".

1.3  The system may display multiple companies. Make your selection.

1.4 Click the submit enquiry button.

1.5 The report will display. You will notice two blue stiffy like disk icons. The blue stiffy icon on the right opens the report
in a new window. You may select from four options in what format you would like to save your report.
These options include HTML, PDF, Image or Word. If you made your choice e.g. HTML, click the
blue stiffy disk icon on the left and save the report to your computer.

1.6 You can also print the report by clicking on the printer icon.

1.7 You can also return to the screen where multiple companies displayed by
clicking on the "back to search results button".
