1. Cheque verification

Please take note of the following:
a) When verifying a cheque you will receive RD information.
b) It can take up to 5 minutes for you to receive the report via email
depending on you're e- mail carrier service.

1.1 Click on the cheque verification tab on the menu. (Menu will expand)

1.2 Click on the cheque verification link.
 

1.3 Enter the following information:

• 1) Choose either if the search is on an individual or on a company. If you select
  company the registration number field will appear. If you choose individual, the ID,
  initials and surname fields will appear.
• 2) The account holder name as it reflects on the cheque.
• 3) The account number of the company or individual.
• 4) Bank name e.g. ABSA.
• 5) Branch name of the bank e.g. Pretoria North.
• 6) Branch code of that particular branch.
• 7) The cheque number.
• 8) The cheque amount.
• 9) The cheque date.

1.4 Enter the following important information:

1) Enter the email address where the report will be sent to.
2) Enter your contact number.

1.5 Click the "submit enquiry" button.

1.6 You will receive a "successfully sent" notification.

1.6 The report will be emailed within 5 minutes to the specified email
address entered on the form.
